I was greeted right away by Nate and within minutes I had my new phone. He answered any questions I had. He was very patient and helped the initial process of transferring my info from my old phone. (No trade in)
When I went to the “get-to-know-your-phone” table, the girl there, maybe Katlyn, was not as patient. She spoke very fast as though we should know what we are doing. If not for that, I would’ve given 5 stars. -

(December 6, 2023, 11:36 pm)12/6 - The staff at the Apple Store truly deserve commendation. Their professionalism, kindness, and friendliness contribute to an outstanding customer experience.
Please note that the Apple Store is located on the first floor next to Victoria's Secret, not Bath & Body Works. When I made an appointment online, the directions to get to the store were incorrect.
