  They did a very good job getting the water out and drying up my basement. it was a bit pricey but fantastic service.

  When we walked into our building at 6:30 AM one very cold January morning to find a broken sprinkler pipe actively pouring water into our building, which then spread water an inch in height throughout the entire 9,000 square feet, we called Saher and his team at Servpro of Howell/Wall. I was blown away at how quickly he and his team arrived. Although you can imagine how devastating this was for us and how we were thinking the worst in how long the clean up process could take, you should also know that you do not want to call anyone else except Saher & his team to assist you should you need a clean up/restoration company. Saher was very responsive to any questions we had, checked in with us very often even if he had to be at another job site, we saw him daily (mulitiple times a day) and had his team working very long days and weekends, just to get us to a point where we could begin rebuilding. Saher was diligent in explaining the clean up process of our building to us every step of the way, involving us just the same, until the clean up process was completed and perfected. When you go through something like this, it is hard to think of everything. There was no need to do that, because Saher thought of it all in regards to clean up and restoration. Our families and faculty were blown away with how quickly we cleaned up, and we have Servpro to thank. Saher and his crew were also very friendly - it was nice to see smiling faces every day during such a difficult time! They truly exceeded my expectations and if I could give 10 stars, I would! Thank you, Saher and team!

  Thank you ServPro! We walked in Tuesday morning to water flowing out of multiple doors of our 9,000 square foot facility. A sprinkler pipe broke overnight and the alarm never went off. We had water on every inch of the ground.
  We discovered this at 6:30 AM and by 8:00 AM ServPro was on site with tons of workers doing remediation. Our initial expectation (fear) was that we would be out of business for weeks. Through ServPro’s efforts and a great contractor we were back in our building by the following Monday.
  We can’t say enough about the work ServPro did and how easy they were to work with.

  I had to use ServPro for a fire restoration, and I am glad I did...they were not only very fast, professional and all around a nice crew, but they saved stuff I thought was gone for good.
  They over exceeded my expectations, they kept me up to speed on everything they did and they always checked in with me on anything that was even a slight concern or questionable.
  Never seen a team work this hard an detailed during the entire process.

  LOVE THIS COMPANY!!! Had emergency flooding on a Sunday when entire family was arriving for a week's visit. SERVPRO arrived shortly after phone call and were sympathetic to situation, extremely professional and worked non-stop all day. Follow-up with drying fans and monitor of situation was daily. All furniture was moved and protected. Can't say enough about the company, the employees or the service. EXCELLENT!!!!
