  My husband and I recently bought a couch at Bob's and we had an excellent experience. Jorge was extremely patient with us and gave us plenty of time to look around with no pressure to buy anything. He was available to answer any questions we had, and we had a lot! He was very informative. The staff was very friendly. We will definitely continue to shop at Bob's.

  We went to Bob’s in Freehold to order some bedroom furniture. Jessica was such a pleasure to deal with. We gave her some of our ideas and picked out the perfect sets. She made the whole process stress free. The kids love their furniture! We will definitely be going back to Jessica in the future!

  The gentleman that assisted me, Paul Kendall was friendly greeting me as I entered the store. He was very knowledgeable about the inventory and when I decided on my purchase he explained the delivery process as well as the financing. I had searched may other stores for what I wanted so I know what good service is. My experience with Bob's had been excellent thanks to Paul..... I am assuming that delivery will go by well too

  Today my family and I came in to purchase a dining room table and chairs and hutch. We walked in and requested Joey immediately because last time he assisted us with our 2 couches we purchased. He was so warm and welcoming once again, super professional and well informed about all products introduced to us. We found the perfect dining room table with his assistance and next time we need more furniture to furnish our home, you better believe we will walk in and request for Joey once again. Thank you Joey! ????

  Jim ( Mike) was the most professional, patient and accommodating sales rep that I have had the pleasure to deal with.
  He was very “honest” and gave us great subtle design layout suggestions that were spot on ! ..... and we pride ourselves as being house / color decorator savvy people who are always asked by friends for our ideas and suggestions.
  Jim really went out of his way moving furniture pieces around the store to show us how certain design suggestions blended the colors we were not sure about! Very,very helpful. He goes beyond the typical sales rep! I would return just because of his assistance! Best of all , he was not pushy or overselling and he knew when to back off to leave us when necessary.
