The young lady that had helped me was already dealing with 4 other customers and you could hear the bell from the delivery guy in the back. Not only was she able to help all 5 of us and take care of her shipment, she did it all with great stride. Her customer service never waivered during the rush and she tended to everyone in the store with the best attitude. She even gave me really good information on how to break in the boots and guided me to the right products to keep my boots looking fresh and that'll help me break them in.
