  I was really amazed at how efficient and coordinated the service department at Irwin Lincoln was during my recent pick up and delivery service. This was the first maintenance for my 2022 Lincoln Nautilus. In the past I was able to bring my car for service and wait for it to be ready.
  I was unable to bring the car for service due to a recent illness and decided to use the pick up service.
  My Service Manager,
  Brian, texted or called at each step. My Valet, Mike, was prompt, cordial and knowledgeable. I recommend Irwin Lincoln Service for all car maintenance and repair work.

  We have purchased vehicles from many dealerships and this was without a doubt our best experience. Jeff was great to deal with and was honest, transparent, knowledgeable and truly helpful throughout the process. Chuck was also a pleasure to work through financing.   I purchased a Mazda CX-5
  Jeff Young was the sales person and he made the whole process so easy and relaxed. No pressure straightforward service. It was really a great experience!

  Excellent sales manager Jay who personally responded to my inquiries and answered my questions about the vehicle I was interested in. My sales rep Michael was also friendly and approachable and provided good customer care. I was comfortable enough to make my purchase as a result of one of the best experiences of purchasing a vehicle ever. Thank you.

  This was our first visit to Irwin Lincoln, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. We had only stopped in to test drive a vehicle and ended up purchasing that day. We had the pleasure of working with Jeff Young. At no time did we ever feel pressured to purchase and his knowledge of the vehicle was unsurpassed. We appreciated the fact that when it came to negotiating the price, Jeff was straightforward with price, taxes, and all other fees involved. There were no hidden fees or surprise expenses. We also had the pleasure of working with Chuck to sign all the paperwork. Once again, all went smoothly, and we never felt pressured into purchasing any extras. The dealership was clean and the waiting area comfortable while we waited for them to prep the vehicle to take home. The entire staff was friendly and attentive to our needs. I would highly recommend Irwin Lincoln and Jeff Young.
