  I was an intern at Life Psychotherapy for my Spring 2022 Semester at Rutgers and it was an experience I'll never forget. The staff are warm and welcoming, the work is rewarding, and the knowledge is irreplaceable. As someone who hopes to run their own practice one day, this internship showed me the hard work and organization that it requires. Anyone interested in practicing psychotherapy, I cannot recommend this internship enough. Thank you Goldie for the amazing experience!

  Overall, an amazing practice filled with varied and reliable therapists. I worked here as an intern for a semester and was able to experience what it's like to work as a therapist first hand. All in all, I got to know all the therapists there and I couldn't reccomend them enough, all of them really show that they care about their patients and are passionate about their work. In addition, there's also the wonderful staff that help the therapist's schedule new patients and make office feel very inviting. With all this in mind, I can guarantee you will not be dissapointed with the service at Life Psychotherapy.

  I was an intern here for the Spring 2022 semester. It was truly the most memorable experience I have had at any company. From the comforting office atmosphere to the warm and friendly demeanor of the therapists, this place is an ideal therapeutic abode for any and all. My personal interactions with the therapists, especially Marci, Goldie, Samantha, Laura, and Tzvi, have always been pleasant ones. Having shadowed some of their therapy sessions, I was time and again left in awe of the simplicity and grace with which they communicate with their clients, and yet leave such an impact on them. Because I got to sit in with the same client for more than one session, I was personally able to witness their trajectory of growth. The therapists here show genuine care and concern for their patients. It’s an amazing place with some really amazing people.

  I am so grateful to Goldie and the therapists at Life Psychotherapy for taking on interns and giving us the opportunity to work in a private practice setting. Every therapist is dedicated to providing excellent service to their patients and catering to their specific needs, and were amazing role models to the interns that showed what a professional, ethical and compassionate therapist should look like. I highly recommend this office for those seeking therapy, as there are many experienced therapists who are passionate about what they do, and it truly shows.

  cannot thank everyone at Life Psychotherapy enough for giving me the opportunity to intern this past semester. I have accomplished more than I have ever thought I could and would not have been able to do it without Goldie and other therapists support. One of the most important lessons I learned was to advocate for patients and I can attest that patients’ needs are their top priority. Samantha Fields was one of the most kind and empathetic people I have ever got the pleasure to work with. She gave me so much support and helped improve my confidence. In a time where most of my education was displayed on a screen, this in-person internship helped provided me with the hands-on experience I needed.
