  I had no voice (Laryngitis) but the staff was very accommodating and kind. My wait was minimal and I was seen by the doctor in minutes after the normal procedure for check-in and my vital signs were taken. I felt very satisfied with all the care I received from everyone and was treated with gentleness and respect. I will return here for any future walk-in needs! It was a wonderful experience for me!

  I have a lot of anxiety about going to the doctors. Its kept me from going to the doctor on a few occasions over the years, and when I had gone to other doctors offices in the past I never felt quite at ease. That all ended today, I had such a wonderful experience with the staff (from the front desk to the nurse) at this location! They were so welcoming, warm and friendly. The doctor was kind and knowledgeable. I felt comfortable from start to finish, and was seen very quickly. I would definitely recommend Dr. Kaplan 100x over!

  I visited the Hackensack Meridian Health Urgent Care facility at 215 Applegarth Road today. I was seen promptly a d I must say the staff are wonderful. They took care of me, diagnosed my injury after X-rays and I simply have to say I was thoroughly pleased. Very professional. I highly recommend this urgent care and especially thank Dr Ignacio for the thorough exam

  Had a wonderful experience thanks to the quick and efficient staff. Samantha at the front desk was a pleasure to deal with, extremely helpful and made me feel very comfortable and welcomed right off the bat. Would highly recommend!

  Great staff from the front desk to the back where I seen the doctor. Medical assistant Jay was very knowledgeable and attentive. The doctor on staff was Dr. Ignacio and she was amazing and I felt in great care. I tend to be very anxious when going to the doctors and I know because my blood pressure tends to skyrocket but not today! I guess you can say I have white coat syndrome but here my BP was a perfect 120/80. I would highly recommend this urgent care facility as I truly felt like family.
