(February 26, 2018, 7:39 pm)I recently visited the Freehold Office and was introduced to Jackie and I can honestly say I had a wonderful experience. I brought my uncle, who suffers from a mild hearing loss, and he was pleasantly surprised by the information Jackie had to offer. Her presentation, to my surprise, was more of caring support than an overwhelming sales pitch. I never felt at any point that I was being pressured to buy their product. Jackie did an excellent job at communicating the value of the aids and how they can truly improve my uncles way of life. I was certainly reluctant to buy at first, but 4 months later I can honestly say it was a smart move to buy.

She has exceeded my expectations in assuming the responsibilities of her predecessor, and exhibits all of the qualities that I believe a certified licensed Miracle Ear professional should possess.
I can’t say enough about her performance or the knowledge, warmth, kindness, and concern she displays for her patient’s well being. These traits are natural for Jackie. They are not only evident in her interactions and communications with her patients, but in virtually everything she does.
I couldn't be more satisfied with Jackie as a member of Miracle Ear’s professional team, and I truly hope she never leaves Miracle Ear of Freehold.

My mother, who is very irritable at times, has tried 3 sets of hearing aids prior to seeing Jacqueline. Jacqueline had the patience, service and product to help my mother hear her best yet! Jacqueline is so knowledgeable about the product and so sweet with her clients. She goes out of her way to make sure my mother is comfortable and happy at all times! You always leave the office feeling like family!
