These are the words that best describe Dr Eng to me. I've been in the healthcare industry for a long time. Every once in a while I come across a doctor who provides exemplary care and then goes above and beyond to care for his patients! Not only that, Dr. Eng preserves the dignity of his patients and does not demean or "talk down too" his geriatric clientele.
