I had the good luck on three separate occasions to run into Kevin, a dept. manager who seems to know where absolutely everything in the store is located! Not just my items, but other customers who approached Kevin as he was helping me. They'd ask where to find an item and without even having to think about it, he directed them to it. Not just the aisle, but which side,how far down and let's say: eye level, near the top,etc.!
I'm 55 yr.s old and have been in a lot of hardware stores and garden centers, I can honestly say that I have never seen anyone so spot on and pleasant before as this guy.
Next time, if I'm not sure where my stuff is I'm not looking for it, I'm looking for Kevin M.
