“I have had a lot of success training with Vanessa at VCN Fitness. I have seen many changes in my body. I have more muscle definition. My biceps and triceps have grown. I have lost inches on my waist. My strength and endurance have increased substantially. Vanessa is very enthusiastic. She listened to my goals and specifically designed a program for me. I started with an upper body core focused workout. Core work is very important for me because that is my problem area. I have been fighting for about four years to get my belly shrink, and working with VCN has accelerated my progress on that. I liked my results so much that I later invested in a second weekly session with a lower body focus. Vanessa changes my routine at every workout. And the most important thing she has taught me is you MUST change your routine to change your body. I have seen the results of that. For a while I had back and neck injuries from other activities so I had to be careful. I informed her of the situation and she adjusted my workouts as needed. I never once got hurt during our sessions. When your working with her she watches you carefully to check your form and reposition you as needed. So I’ll be doing an exercise and she may for example re-position my hand slightly and I completely feel the difference in the muscles that I am working. That is a value I can’t get on my own. In summary I can testify that I have enjoyed training with Vanessa immensely and it has absolutely given me results. Well worth the investment $$$.”
