(March 11, 2020, 11:06 am)Saif and Vikkie (manager) are the most helpful customer service representatives I've ever met!! I went in for a new phone, they helped me find the most beneficial way to go about it. I left and was unsatisfied with my new phone so I brought it back and got my old phone and left. Then I decided I wanted a different phone and they were SO kind and helpful and did not laugh at me even though it took three visits for me to find the phone that worked for me. All the reps at this store are very helpful. Best experience at a sprint store.
