    Dr Penney can come off as serious and no nonsense, but I like that about him and find him comforting. His abilities have never been in question. Every woman I know that had their baby delivered by him appreciated him. He delivered my baby and I felt 100% confident in him. He’s an excellent physician, and I love his whole group.
