“So — here are my thoughts: this burger is a great concept. I love the sweet/savory idea, which has been done a few times before at Disney (one example is the cinnamon bun burger on the All Star Movies secret menu). But the beignet bun was tough and difficult to bite through, which seemed odd (beignets are supposed to be soft — they’re similar to donuts). Maybe it was overcooked.”
