The-Furniture-Authority is absolutely the worst business I've ever dealt with on the internet. Both items I purchased stated "Qualifies for Free Shipping". Only after they charged my debit card did they send me an email stating that a surcharge of $195 was necessary because my item was deemed 'oversized and fragile'.
