4 years ago I walked into Team Oliveira BJJ academy wanting to lose some weight because I was competing in horse riding competitions. I was heavy to the point I felt my horse thinking hey could you maybe lose some weight? Lol Anyways after meeting with professor Ademir Oliveira and experiencing amazing team training I got deeply in love with Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. So I retired my horses and dedicated myself to training hard so now 4 years later I achieved 4th place in IBJJF World ranking and determined to keep going until I reach even higher rank.
Been train here for 5 years, Ademir Oliveira is a top notch authentic Brazilian jujitsu instructor come try a class !
I wanna come and join but I’m so out of shape I can barely fight for a min. (The pic u see is a old one FYI) I love MMA, n want to learn more MMA, but not sure if My out of shape ass will be able to keep up w the class in any kind of capacity. My health has been pretty bad the last 2 yrs. I just wanna learn Brazilian jujitsu and lose Weight at the same time.
Ademir is a great teacher, both for kids and adults. You meet all kinds of people training here, from all walks of life, all professions, cops, engineers, construction workers, teachers, all kinds of ethnicities from around the world, and all are great friendly and helpful folks. I guess, like teacher, like students. I plan on keeping doing it as long as my body will take it :) - Muy obrigado!
Ademir is one of the best instructors I've ever seen with kids!!! My son has been coming here for almost 3 years now and loves it. If you are looking for a great jujitsu experience you have to at least stop by and observe a class . I know several of the adults that train here and they say nothing but great things!!!
