This gym is by far the most family oriented gym I have ever been to! They truly care about each and every member not just on a fitness level, but also on a personal level. From day one they make sure to go over your goals with you and they don't let you slack on your goals. Seriously NO SLACKING! But they will also never push you past your limits. This gym is for everyone, all levels. It is a circuit training environment, but you are never pushed to go too far beyond your limits. All types of modifications are offered for every body and every age. This is more of a community! They also hosts events outside of the gym to show their appreciation for their members. I haven't been a member for too long yet but I'm obsessed! All the coaches and every member is so nice and welcoming. I love that everyone really helps each other out and motivates you too. I have never signed up to a gym before where I am actually looking forward to going and not dreading it. I'm excited for this new journey and the positive outcome from it!

When I started at Eze in Howell 3 1/2 years ago I was overweight, depressed and my anxiety was through the roof. My husband had been a member for a few months and was getting amazing results. I reached out to Jon Lazo and explained to him that I had two autoimmune diseases and asked if this would be the right place for me. He was so encouraging and told me he would help me modify. Along the way I have had a few medical setbacks but I continued to prove to myself I could do this. Now I am 35 lbs lighter and in the best shape I have ever been since my early 20’s. The coaches are so supportive, and push you to be your best. Not only are the coaches the best, the people you work out with are your second family. I forgot to mention how much this gym has helped my mental health. I am a better person to be around and I am finally starting to have some self confidence thanks to Jon and Mitzi and all the amazing coaches!!

Eze Fit is an amazing workout. The trainers are motivational and supportive - it feels like you're in a community while you're there. The workouts are different every day so you don't get bored of the same thing and I really love the boxing!
