Lori S was great and very helpful during my appointment. She explained everything step by step and made sure I understood each function and process of using my BiPap machine. She also let me know that if I needed any assistance or had any questions, that she was available via email and text message. I've had two interactions w/ Customer Service at the Howell location - both were exceptional, pleasant, and resolved my issue quickly (on the spot). Particularly, Kim M. helped me most recently with a series of questions & concerns I had about equipment, insurance, compliance, usage and the technology. Effective & pleasant, well trained staff, who took action & generated results immediately.

Without Lori from At Home Medical, my experience would’ve been different. Lori (my sleep therapist) from AtHome Medical has been such a great help with all my inquiries and needs. No matter the day or time, she’s always there to help. I could say having such a valued person in the process of getting used to sleeping with this machine every day is the best feeling in the world. Dawn M brought the CPAP machine to my home, and was an absolute delight to deal with. She thoroughly walked me through the setup, a few test runs, and the machine functions as well as helped me through the phone application setup. She was very personable and put me at ease through everything. She also walked me through the paperwork and answered all of my questions without issue.
