I was riding in the Twin Lights 22' 100 mile ride, but had broke off/ worn down my cleat and couldn't stay clipped in on my road bike. I stopped there at the 70 mile mark and they helped me switch out my cleats, TWICE. Not only that I purchased the wrong cleat at first and they let me exchange them at no extra charge even though I scuffed the first ones up. I live in Woodbridge but plan to take the trip down here for any of my bike needs!

I ride approx 12 miles a day for fun.

I happen to be in the New Jersey area for work (from New Hampshire) and HAD to stop in and look around, to see in person what I've only seen on tv. Was able to meet 'BK all day', and... my apologies as I forgot the guys name that talked me in to buying this bad boy! 👍😎 The other staff there was wicked friendly- thank you all so much!! #cantslowdown
