  Found the tires that the dealership couldn't and did a great job putting them on within my appt. Time. Really nice/friendly group of people. Plus free life of tires alignments!

  Overall pretty good - Nick up front was very kind in both scheduling my initial appointment over the phone and in helping me while in the store. He had at least 4 people in the lobby the whole time and the phone ringing constantly and was always friendly, calm, and very helpful.
  
  My only complaints are very minor - I went to get two tires that were losing air looked at, and was told they had punctures (totally fine, these tires were all at the end of their life anyway). I decided Not to buy tires day of, and when I hopped Back in my car both tires still had low air (maybe they don’t have an air machine close by and weren’t able to put air in) and both were missing the valve caps.
  
  Again, minor because I just stopped and filled air and bought new caps because they were closed by the time I saw the caps were missing, but putting some air in my leaking tires and giving back my valve caps would have been nice little customer service bonus.
  
  Just take a look before driving off to make sure your caps are on so you don’t wind up in a pickle! :)

  If I could give more than five stars I would! James and the other mechanics are the absolute best!!! I don’t know how many times I’ve been there (a lot) and I don’t know a lot about cars but they are always so nice to me and inform me on everything I need to know about my car. I appreciate you guys so much!
