  My wife and I both had our blood tests here yesterday. After previously reading reviews of this facility, I was quite apprehensive as to how we would be treated. Boy, were we pleasantly surprised! All personnel were friendly and efficient. The waiting times were very reasonable considering the number of people getting tested that day. Somebody new must have been put in charge recently as this office seems to have had a complete turnaround. I went back today and looked at the reviews and noticed that the negative reviews were from months ago. Sure hope they keep the same person in charge as I have to get my blood tested regularly.   Went into this place expecting the worst because of all the negative reviews I’d read. However, I was pleasantly surprised to see that it wasn’t so bad. I made an appointment online the night before, and the electronic check-in system was fast and easy to use. The staff were very nice and polite. I only waited five minutes in the waiting room.

  My appointment was for 9AM I was on my way home by 9:06. Technician was efficient and pleasant.
  The receptionist did her job, but just couldn’t manage to be pleasant. She apparently doesn’t like her job. That’s a shame because I would have given a 5 star rating. I’d recommend them.
