He has been my family's physician for many years. He is the best!

I’ve always had a great experience with dr Carolan. I’ve been with him for over 8 years now. The old office I wasn’t too fond of but it had nothing to do with him or his direct staff, it was more the receptionists and they are not with him at his new practice. No scheduling issues, they are helpful on the phone, return calls and have always been friendly and courteous. I’ve seen some of the other reviewers in here complaining about insurance related things and referrals but I’ve never had an issue with any of that. People need to remember that it’s their job to know their policies. Yes, the office staff can try to help but I’ve never had them or seen them give someone wrong info on purpose . If they have a question, they are honest and check on it for you (at least in my experience).

Dr Carolan is always friendly, listens, remembers things and I don’t feel like I’m just in and out or “just another patient” among many. He doesn’t push medications either, which I totally respect. He has good bedside manners and has always been friendly and courteous.

I have recommended friends, family and others to consider dr Carolan is they are looking for a doctor. Highly recommended!
