I absolutely had an amazing experience with staff at Jhon-Jhon Institute. From setting up a consultation with Carlos for my brows to all the information and full details he provided me with, to the actual appointment. Carlos had to correct a previous situation done by someone else and I couldn’t be happier. I was completely comfortable with Carlos and trusted his expertise! I see why they call him the “Brow King” Thank you so much !

I got an eyebrow correction done by Carlos. He really is the BROW KING. My eyebrows were in rough shape and was making me very self conscious and uncomfortable about myself. He spent a lot of time with me and the majority of it was discussing details around his thoughts, recommendations, and being very open and honest about what he could do for me to fix them. 2 hours later, he listened to all my concerns, helped me pick the right shape, thickness, and color, leaving me with a brand new set of eyebrows. My eyebrows have never looked so good and I've never been so happy and comfortable in my own skin. I will absolutely be back for more work as he has gained my trust and he can consider me a returning customer.

I got my eyebrows done and I will say they've never looked better! The students and very knowledgeable and the owners are very hands- on. Definitely worth the money.

Just completed the 100 HR Permanent Cosmetics Course! John-John and Carlos are incredible instructors who go above and beyond for their students during and after the course. They have a gorgeous brand new facility with state of the art equipment. The front desk staff are fabulous. You won't regret choosing them to start your Permanent Cosmetics Career. :)
