  excellent care to my dog. Dr. Anna was exceptional and so nice to c my dog for an emergency visit.

  Our family unfortunately lost our beloved 18 year old dachshund tootsie today as she passed right as we were bringing her in to their facility.
  The entire staff at Four Paws COULD NOT HAVE BEEN MORE COMPASSIONATE AND EMPATHETIC during what was such a difficult and painful moment for our family.
  We were treated with such care and respect and we could not be more appreciative. Our family has used Four Paws for many years and will continue to do so.
  THANK YOU SO MUCH FROM THE BOTTOM OF OUR HEARTS! YOU ARE ALL SUCH PROFESSIONALS!

  Wonderful place for treatment of your pets. Even though for us it was not so wonderful cause our dog was not strong enough to continue but the staff was wonderful and caring. Thank you all for your help and kindness during our time of sadness.

  Dr. Angela and Dr. Sharon Toll are both great doctors! Dr Toll was the vet for my dogs end of life care and Dr. Angela is the current vet for my two cats. Both very compassionate and great at communicating. They will bring you over to the problem area of your animal and show you exactly what they are seeing and what they are thinking in terms of what treatment they would like to go through with.
  
  My only complaint is the office staff are incredibly rude on the phone. They are friendly and personable in person but very short and patronizing on the phone. They make me feel intimidated when asking questions or trying to book an appointment. I understand customers can be very rude and hard to deal with on the phone. I would love if they’d give us the ability to book online. That way it would relieve some stress for the office staff to actually take time on the phone to hear a customer out.
  We don’t want to have to go to the vet already, please don’t make pet parents scared of calling in to help our pets

  Great hospital , been coming for 15+ years . Just had my 4 th dog spayed and back paws declawed . Dr. Scott Turk did fantastic job . Great postoperative instructions . Highly recommend.
