The Bar Method Marlboro

Bar Method Marlboro is My me time place. The classes are something I look forward to every morning. For two years since they opened I’ve been coming religiously and before that I could never say I loved my workout. The way the small movements have reshaped my body is just one very big plus. The combination of ballet, yoga, core, stretching, and breathing has improved my overall health. So much so that it became one of my favorite me time spots.
There is no price on health and if you find your needing a change that eliminates the risk of hard core over done exercise this place is for you too.
You don’t know what you are missing until you try a few classes. Love my Bar Time :)

I can't say enough good things about The Bar Method in Marlboro. The classes are amazing! I have noticed a huge change in my flexibility and strength. The teachers are so knowledgeable and helpful. So happy I joined!!

This is the first exercise program that I’ve loved enough to stick with. I’ve been taking classes for about 1.5 years and I love it more and more with each class. The instructors are so attentive and motivating, the studio is beautiful and the classes are fun but challenging. I love the variety of classes they offer and the number of classes available each day. I have two little ones, so the childcare option is an added bonus!

I began attending barre classes at the Bar Method Marlboro a little over a year ago and I can honestly say it was one of the best decisions. The studio is clean, comfortable and inviting. The teachers are experienced, attentive and motivating. And the classes are empowering, rewarding and energizing. I love going to classes every week and would recommend to anyone looking to become more healthy/fit or just looking to get some me time.

I have been attending classes at The Bar Method for the past year. I am so happy I found such a great form of exercise that has changed my body and calms my mind. When I am taking classes it's my time and when class ends I feel strong and relaxed. The studio is beautiful and such an inviting space.
