Dr.Sheppard is very knowledgeable and caring. I had three appointments with him - consult, procedure, and follow up. I can honestly say all three went better than I ever anticipated. He really explains everything and takes his time answering all questions. The front desk, Laurie, I believe is her name really accommodated for me twice actually and got me in earlier when I had a date conflict with my original appointment.
