  We returned from vacation to find our heat not working. Having used C and C for regular service and maintenance in past, we naturally called them for service. They responded immediately and arranged installation of a new heating and air conditioning system within a day. We were so impressed with the technicians Mike and Pat. They were professional, competent, efficient and courteous. The entire experience exceeded our expectations. Would not hesitate to recommend C and C to others.

  Dillon the technician who put in our new water heater kept us informed as to his progress. There was need for additional parts so he worked around them and when they arrived he was done in no time. Explained to us how to maintain the unit and the warranty. Left the area worked in clean. He was cell phone accessible to answer any question we might have had after he left.thanks to C&C for a job well done.

  I've utilized C&C in the past for repairs and maintenance on my furnace, and called them again when my water heater decided to end its career. They were helpful on the phone, quick with an in-house visit and their crew had a new unit in within a few hours at what I believe is a fair price. Will definitely use their services in the future.

  I can't say enough good things about these guys. My furnace died on a Sunday. They had a sales guy at my house by Tuesday. Very knowledgeable and no pressure - my only two requirements of a sales guy. We filled out the paperwork that day and they promised me Thursday installation for a furnace and Central AC compressor. I check my hot water heater on Wednesday and realize it's over 10 years old. No problem, they can add it for Thursday. Get a call Thursday that my chimney needs a liner (100+ year old house). But wait, they can vent a high efficiency hot water heater for the same total cost less a $300 rebate. They still get everything done in one day, my basement is cleaner than when they got there and I have a Rolls Royce HVAC and water heater. The guys were great and kept me informed the whole day. I got what I paid for and then some.

  I'm extremely impressed by the professionalism, competency and friendliness of the entire install team. Especially the lead , Dwayne who was very helpful in showing me all the aspects of the heating/air conditioning system, and how to adjust it and maintain it. They were very efficient and provided a high quality installation with great attention to detail.
