I had an appointment with Middletown Imaging today and as soon as I entered the office I was greeted in a professional manner . The staff was very pleasant. The office had a warm feeling to it and the music that was playing made you forget why you were there it was relaxing and upbeat . The office was nicely decorated which also helps someone who has anxiety about being in a medical environment. The technician Nora who administered my test was also pleasant and professional and very kind . My experience was a pleasant because of the employees. I would highly recommend this office to anyone who needs this type of service .

I found Middletown Medical Imaging online after attempting an MRI at a different location in a standard tube. I didn’t think I was claustrophobic but I was. MMI had a machine called an Open MRI which is supposed to make one feel less restricted and not trigger their claustrophobia but even with the Open MRI, I was having a hard time. I cant thank the staff enough for working so hard trying to keep me calm and allowing me several opportunities to experience the machine before the actual tests. Once the tests began, they blasted some music for me and got me through it. Overall, I had a great experience with this facility and the employees. Annie, who I believe supervised the employees, was amazing and I recommend her team for any imaging you may need.

They we great helping me schedule my appointment for an MRI. We even had a lil insurance blip, that they took care of right away for me.
All the employees were super nice & helped me get through my MRI with no issues. I'm very claustrophobic & they totally eased me into it.
I absolutely recommend them to anyone needing any medical imaging. If I ever need anything again I'll definitely go back there.
Not to mention the bonus of Duck Donuts being right next door....????????????????????
Middletown Medical Imaging is not only professional, they bring excellence to the client experience. Managing emotions, nerves and others time expectations is not an easy task but Annie Patrick, the Chief Technologist does this with such ease, authenticity and compassion. The staff can not be more understanding and empathetic toward every patient that walks in their building.
The girls at the desk were great! They are very professional and greet you with a smile. I definitely recommend this place if you need any medical imaging. I’m from Brooklyn and it’s hard to find great places that are professional and efficient! You won’t go wrong.
