  The staff was amazing! Super friendly, helpful and they even stayed open late for us. My consultant was spot on with the dresses she was bringing out for me to try on and clearly listened to my style and theme of my wedding.
  
  I said yes to to dress here hours after walking out of Cinderella Bridal and receiving horrible service. Belle didn't require a credit card to hold my appointment and they allowed pictures unlike Cinderella.

  We live in NY and in search of an original prom dress, we came across B.B. , not too far from where my daughter will attend college. My daughter was not impressed by the size of the salon, the tight space to shop and quickly decided to leave. Being that we had traveled the distance, I suggested that we at least look at the dresses on the rack. Kim, the owner, came over to offer assistance. She looked at my daughter’s body, asked her about the style of dress she desired and then went about the salon to find dresses for her. After trying only three dresses “wala” the four one was the diamond!!! OMG!! It was unlike any dress we had seen! Didn’t have to worry about any copy cats. And then we hit a snag! The company no longer made the dress. It could not be ordered in my daughter’s size. Big disappointed. Kim, a seamstress swooped in like an angel and said she could take the sample, a size 10, down to a size 6. I couldn’t image how that could be done because this strapless dress had an amazing amount of stones, sequence, and bead work around the bust. She convinced us that there was nothing to worry about. We put our trust in her and my goodness... she worked miracles! My daughter was a show stopped. While all of her friends had on gorgeous gowns, they looked like gorgeous PROM dresses. This dress was HOLLYWOOD red carpet! I wish there was a way to attach a picture, but I don’t see a way to do that. Kim you are amazing!!! Thank you for your personality, work ethic, talent and commitment to customer service! Thank you for helping to make this one of the most amazing days of my daughter’s life.

  So far so good. I called just today to make an appointment for my mom to get a gown and the shop attendant call me back within an hour to set up a date and time to come in. NOW I'm hoping we can find a gown for my mother....fingers crossed.

  Back in July 2015 my daughter & I went into Belles Bridal & we meet Kim for the first time. She was extremely nice & helpful. We purchased my daughters sweet 16 dress & the dress I wore as well for her special day. Prices were excellent & alterations were done perfectly!! Thank you Kim for an amazing experience!!   Kim is absolutely Fabulous! Her shop is small boutique but don't let that fool you it's filled with a vast array of choices. She's very informative, helpful and easy to work with. My bridesmaids got amazing dresses at an amazingly reasonable price. I am getting my mother's dress, my mother-in laws and flower girl dresses from there as well. I would highly recommend Belle Bridal!
