OTF is a fantastic personal group training one hour class! It changes every day to keep us motivated and excited about working out. The coaches and staff are awesome and keep us working hard. There has never been a better workout for me!
Two years in and I feel better mentally and physically. There is a a reason I call this Orange Therapy! Going to class is my release of all the negativity and frustrations I have in my life. I am also toning up and just overall feeling better! The coaches/staff/members are what make up this amazing place, and I am so glad I decided to join all those months ago.
Fun, Effective, and Efficient! Only gym I have stuck with consistently for two years. Went from nothing to running 5K’s and holding long planks after having 2 babies. They always run fun contests and challenges to keep you motivated. Thumbs Up!
