It is also frustratingly unpredictable - if you liked a product and want to buy it again, it may never return, or may be replaced with something not as good. The staff are friendly and helpful, but the whole shopping experience is decidedly downscale. Still, I look for things here before going to Target, etc. since any products Family Dollar might have in stock will probably be better and cheaper than elsewhere.”

“Your typical Sears. This one is out of the way and pretty empty so it's nice to do your shopping and not worry about other people. Same selection and prices as Sears in the malls. It's a big building with plenty of space to store everything they have to sell. I didn't deal with any customer support so I can't speak for that but my experience shopping here was good.”
