  Andrew, Chris and Matt are AMAZING at Sports Performance Lab. My son has been training there for a short time and has already gained speed and strength..6 lbs of muscle in 6 weeks! They are cutting edge and are way ahead of the industry when it comes to professionalism and training technologies. Not only do they know what they are doing, they care about your kid and them reaching their goals. We HIGHLY recommend SPL..they are the best in the business!!

  At 56, I discovered SPL and cannot say enough about this place and the encouraging staff and trainers.
  As someone who is not disciplined or knowledgeable about working out, I look forward to my training sessions.
  For me, they teach the importance of exercising correctly; keeping each session different, challenging, and fun.
  Thank you, Andrew, and Jake, for the guidance, motivation, and dedication.
  Hands down highly recommended not only to top athletes but to anyone looking to improve focus, confidence, and health.

  Coming to Sports Performance Lab was my first experience with a trainer, and they exceeded all expectations. The staff/coaches I’ve worked with here have been patient and motivating while I’m learning. They take the time to ensure that you’re moving properly to avoid injury and work out to your highest potential. It’s only been about a month since I’ve started but I see improvements in not only my time at the gym but also in my every day life. The technology is equipment most gyms don’t have, making it stand out from other facilities. Would highly recommend working with the coaches at this gym!

  After a year of graduating highschool I noticed I had stopped lifting and working out. I contacted one of my old trainers for lacrosse who works here and we set up the first day to come in and get assessed. Jake made the process super easy and not intimidating at all.The staff was super welcoming and it was not long before I was going in 4 days a week. At first it definitely was a struggle but the trainers keep you motivated and don't give up on you. It is great for all ages.If they were around while I was playing sports I wouldn’t have hesitated to join.I would definitely recommend the programs for kids, parents and anyone looking to get healthier in general their technology is like no other and they will not hesitate to make you the best.

  This facility is truly in a league of its own. The technology, staff, and overall experience is unlike any other gym. I’ve been training with Andrew for years and he’s truly the best- not only a great coach but a great person. Coach Eric and Jake are also great and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend this facility to anyone looking to level up their training! The improvement I’ve seen since starting my training here is tangible and I can’t wait to keep improving thanks to SPLabs!
