  We had a pool installed last year by Seasonal World, we have been very happy ever since. We also use them to open and close our pool. Kyle did an excellent job closing our pool. I was impressed by how neat and organized he was. We are looking forward to enjoying our pool for years to come.

  UPDATE: Finally came to an agreement with Seasonal World, and the manufacturer, and had the liner replaced again. Though it took some time, Anthony and his team went above and beyond to make things right this time around. Couldn't be more pleased. The new liner looks beautiful!
  We’ve been loyal customers of Seasonal World since they installed our pool 15 years ago…. using them for all our pool chemicals, openings, closings and the occasional repair (i.e. probably close to a couple thousand dollars per year). In August we decided to replace our aging liner as we prepare to sell our house. The job was completed at the end of August and we noticed defects along the seams. We reported it immediately and I was lectured by the back office that this liner was a different manufacturer than our previous liner and it was of very high quality (not that I had questioned it nor had I had any issues with the previous liner …other than age). Long story short, it’s now Nov and we are still going back and forth trying to get them to cover the cost to replace the defective liner. While the manufacturer is willing to supply a new liner, Seasonal World apparently doesn’t back their manufacturers (who, by the way, they chose for us …we were not given an option) by providing the labor and that will be a good chunk of the cost. Currently we are waiting for the decision makers to return from out of town (again) to find out what they are willing to do. Buyer beware on any big-ticket items…it’s a long fight to get them to back the manufacturers/equipment they sell if they will at all.

  I have done 2 in-ground pools with Seasonal World over the past 5 years (we moved) and can say they run a really top notch company. Anyone can install a pool, but trust me, there is so much more to it than that. From the 3D Virtual Reality designs to the top notch pool tech to the speed of installation to the maintenance after it’s in, SW does it all really well. Several friends of mine who used other pool companies often say to me “I wish I used Seasonal World. [other company] is a nightmare to work with.” Highly recommended!

  I was going to another pool store and spent over $600 on pool chemicals that didn’t fix the problem! I came to Seasonal World and Jeff in the back fixed my pool problems in under two weeks and my pool is crystal clear! Jeff is so kind and courteous and we are so happy we came to SW!
