  Bob was so helpful and not pushy at all. I hadn't purchased a vehicle in a longtime, but he made the process very easy and quick. he went above and beyond to make it happen for me. Any questions I had or issues that arose, he took care of!! Took the stress out of buying a car! Anyone looking to purchase a car at World VW, I would highly recommend speaking to Bob

  The salesman Robert was very helpful and knowledgeable. Even though the vehicle wasn't there because it was at another location getting detailed he was a pleasure to talk to. Looking forward to doing business with him and this dealership!

  This dealership is great! I brought my car in for service and was helped promptly. The employee was very nice. I was unable to find my paperwork but the employee still helped me with my appointment. I have VW Care on my car but the paperwork was at home. He still did the service and just asked I confirm the coverage. I was able to get in touch with VWoA and they were able to get me the proper paperwork. Over all great experience!

  My experience at World Volkswagen was great! I am very happy with my new 2019 Jetta SE!
  
  My sales consultant was Jay Cytryn and he was very nice and knowledgeable about the car. I went on a test drive and I explained that I had some time to decide before the lease on my other car was ending. He followed up days later and ordered the car that I wanted. Jay was great through the whole purchase process. Everyone else I met there was very helpful as well.

  I have to say I didn't think I was going to leave with the car I wanted with the price I wanted but I did and got it for less than I thought. The experience was great and the service was great! My car was so clean its crazy! Satisfied customer here????????
