  We have known Richard Nocks, Esq. for a while now. He has represented us on several matters. He is professional, knowledgeable and compassionate. Those are qualities hard to find in an attorney. He explains your options and puts you at ease during a stressful time. He has always exceeded our expectations and words cannot describe how much we appreciate what he has done for our family. We have been represented by other attorneys prior to meeting Richard and we have always wondered if we picked the right attorney and did we have the best outcome.   I do not know if Richard will appreciate my comparison of him to a central theme in a Bronx Tale but the key word to remember is "accessibility". Knowing Richard is close by all of the time when needed is one my reasons for highly recommending him. There are many qualified attorneys, but none that I know with his level of competence and availability. I used Richard for two post divorce motions and he was always available to discuss any concerns I had with the issues. He represented me and my children with a fighting spirit not found in many attorneys. He is extremely knowledgeable about the law and willing to take the time to share that knowledge with his clients. He is patient to explain the pros and cons of any approach he recommends. He will not squander your money on frivolous claims. He is very conscientious about pursuing paths that will result in positive results and does not chase solutions down rabbit holes just to bill for the time or satisfy someones ego. He commits your money as if it is his own. In the end ,no one can predict the outcome of any case, given it is always subject to the opinions of a single Judge. With Richard you will be given the best path forward for any situation and you will know you were represented by the best person possible who is professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Richard Nocks.
