This place is great to bring your pets they always care about your pets so much prices are reasonable and the people are happy
We took my pet there for 18 years and they were true professionals every single time and at every stage of her life, but most importantly, during the last stage. After we had to put her down, I heard several stories of other people's experience with putting their pets down and honestly, some were down-right disturbing. I'm grateful my pet didn't have to go through such a thing. I was in the office the whole time and I know she went out in the most humane and peaceful way possible.

I've been taking my dog to a larger veterinary hospital but all the symptoms we kept bringing her in for were always over looked. I recently started going to Neptune to get another opinion and Dr. Lorenzo was very helpful. He suggested we take our dog to an orthopedic and did not charge us for the brief consultation. My dog's issues were quickly found after years of taking her to the wrong vet. During her pre op surgery they were able to find other issues we were mentioning for years. I have full confidence in the staff at Neptune.
