  Went to Silva's last week after a google search for orchid nurseries near me. Being in Delaware there aren't many and I got tired of big box store phals with bugs. I wanted some different types of orchids. They had a huge variety of orchids and seemed to take good care of them. I didn't get the man's name there but he was very nice and knowledgable about his orchids. We talked for a while about their care and other nurseries around. He answered all my questions and didn't rush me out. I bought several orchids. He also recommended another nursery that I had read bad reviews about here on google. After speaking to him I decided to go to that nursery the next week and I'm glad I did. Thank you Silvia's Orchids. I will definitely go back for more.

  Family owned and operated for multiple generations, know their stuff and always helpful. They have made suggestions and recommendations and always been spot on to make my small orchid collection flourish. This is the place to go in northern NJ or visit them in NYC at their booth when they are there.
