I highly recommend the powercenter! It is a high-intensity workout in a wonderful and comfortable environment!
7 weeks, 17lbs... The atmosphere here is the best, from old to young, from overweight to underweight. I worked with Chris who treated everyone as if they had their own personal trainer. The Power Center is the real deal. Im sorry it took me so long to get going. All you need to do is listen...
There's something great about waking up early and being excited about going to workout! Each time I go, it's a different workout so I'm never getting tired of the same thing.
After just a few months, I'm already seeing results I've never seen before!

Chris is an amazing trainer. He's a very easy going and approachable person. However, his workouts are anything BUT easy. He understands your body's limitations but pushes you to work hard nonetheless. I'm extremely happy with the results and changes in my body. If you are looking for motivation to start working out 10/10 I would recommend this place.
I love it, I mean I hate it when I'm actually working out but I wouldn't trade for any other gym... Our trainer Chris is great, if you want to see real results this is definitely the place to come to. 💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽
