  It was a pleasure working with Meagan and Carlton. They stayed on top of everything during an "extended" close, which helped me feel positive that everything will work out. Carlton was my lawyer for my purchase, and 5 years later Meagan was my lawyer for the sale, so I had the opportunity to work with both of them. I highly recommend them.

  Our home sale was complicated, involving three separate deeds and different tax treatment for each respective transaction. Carlton represented us as seller's counsel and provided outstanding advice re: properly structuring the transaction documents. He was responsive, creative, and insightful throughout the entirety of our process. We will use him for future real estate transactions, and strongly recommend him as counsel.

  I worked with Carlton on a Jersey City, NJ home purchase in 2016. Carlton is a great attorney and I am very happy with all his work. Fair price, prompt reply even on weekend! very professional and familiar with all issue I met during closing. I will strongly recommend him for any home buyer/seller.

  I used Carlton for both the sale of my previous condo and the purchase of my new condo in Hoboken during the first half of 2016. I would absolutely use him again without hesitation. He was very thorough in walking me through the different points in each of the contracts and the pros and cons in approaching the different aspects. He was very responsive in handling any questions I had along the way. My sale process was particularly difficult, but he remained patient throughout and resolved all of the issues.
