  I mean, I like this car wash a lot. Always go there, not a crazy uptight person just expect a good job for a 15 dollar wash. But to anyone reading this just watch out for a bald man in his 50s who looks 9 months pregnant. He did my car last week and he did and okay job but called me to my car just to scream in my face and tell me how much he likes "white cars" Pretty embarrassing when all the other customers were staring at the interaction. God bless him, I guess. Other than that, I've never had a problem. Oh yeah, one more thing, don't look over the edge of the wall in the entrance of the car wash when they scream " LOTS OF CHEMICALS ON THIS ONE." That stuff almost burned my eyeballs completely off.

  Signed up for there Gold Monthly wash Package beginning of month. I can honestly say every time I have been there which is 2 or 3 times a week the attendants that clean my truck either don't clean on the exterior windshield full of bugs
  running boards
  grill full of bugs
  interior
  fail to replace the matts on the pegs
  fail to wash out cup holders
  fail to clean the door sill
  fail to vacuum the seats or brush them off
  wipe out door pulls
  wheels not cleaned
  did not put tire shine on tires had to point it out
  
  The last wash I asked for Titanium I had to point out several areas that were neglected from vacuuming to bugs and dirt on the exterior door sills full of sand. Then when I left there were still bugs on my windshield. Each time I have returned I have mentioned an issue I had the previous visit.
  
  I thought I was coming to a great car wash as they always do a great job on my wife's car. That was main reason I signed up for unlimited. Gonna give them another month to CLEAN UP THERE ACT!
  
  The owner's need to focus on getting there attendants on consistency and not have there managers jabber with clients in the waiting area.
  
  ( ***** )I gave Butch's a month to CLEAN UP THERE ACT! In that time I was introduced to one of the owners son's Chuck who took the time to listen to my concerns and took the time to review with me my previous visits and address them.
  
  Chuck and his family go out of there way to insure that each customer is treated with respect and there concerns are addressed. A true diamond in this day and age!

  The guys at Butch's always go above and beyond! The team is very attentive, and my car always look great when I leave their! Thanks guys, keep up the good work!

  Nice place. If you want detailing call ahead need an appointment. Guy did a good job cleaning interior with the extra vacuum fee which is only 2.5$
