They have an amazing selection, and they will do custom binding in your home, so the rug is exactly the size you want, with a rug pad to match. Their customer service is outstanding, and delivery/installers are neat and careful (even took their shoes off before entering my home!). I will definitely return when I'm shopping for replacement floors in the bedroom.
