  The best gym hands down. I can recommend it after trying quite a few gyms in the area. The short of it - staff are friendly and helpful, prices are fair, and they have all of the equipment you'd need.
  
  This is the only gym in the area that's 24/7, which is great for me because it leaves no excuse for missing my workout. It's never crowded, even on weekends, and I've never had to wait for a machine. It is a very all inclusive gym with members of all ages, so there's no pressure to lift big or weird stares for not having huge muscles.
  
  As for specific equipment, they have regular weight machines, pneumatic resistance machines, free weights, a smith machine, TRX system, and much more. They also offer various classes and personal training.
  
  Out of everywhere I've lived throughout New Jersey and New York, this has been the best gym I've ever worked out at.

  Great friendly place - all the good equipment and an outstanding and helpful staff. It appeals to a non-gym-rat clientele, so people of all ages will feel welcome. Plus - no long term contract required, and no upsell.

  Absolutely love this gym. Great equipment, spotlessly clean, nice people & open 24 hours. Very friendly atmosphere & reasonable fees.
