He goes out of his way to ensure that you are super pleased with your purchase. I had done so well by him for years that when I got engaged I brought my fiancee to the store. And together we described the rings we wanted. He drew them and went into the city to choose the center diamond. The final rings were masterful! I have received many many compliments on them since that day! People tell me the engagement ring is the most stunning they've ever seen! That purchase was 5 years ago at the ripe young age of 66 :) No we were not kids:)

And when I needed it resized I only had to part with it for 30 minutes! I highly recommend them for any jewelry needs. They do beautiful work and are so friendly!
