(December 6, 2018, 4:30 pm)Myself and a friend recently moved into Avalon at Tinton Falls and we have loved it from day 1. The leasing office managerial staff are kind, helpful and very professional. We felt welcomed to the community before we had even signed the lease.
The neighborhood is safe and friendly, with a wide variety of age groups within. If you’re looking for a luxury rental community for an affordable price, Avalon at Tinton Falls should be at the top of your list. -

(November 14, 2018, 11:43 am)The staff at Avalon is amazing! They go above and beyond to make sure that their residents are accommodated. If you need maintenance to service something in your home they are normally there ASAP. They are super dog friendly which is amazing :) The complex is clean and friendly!

(September 29, 2018, 3:24 pm)The staff here is amazing!! I have never felt as welcome in any apartment community as I have in this one. They were extremely helpful and caring right from the beginning. Everything is kept clean and any problem or concern is immediately addressed, no matter how small. I feel very lucky to say this was my first apartment in New Jersey and it was a joy to live here! 10/10 would recommend :)

(May 23, 2018, 11:00 am)The staff at Avalon Tinton Falls is fantastic! If anything needs repair, Nick usually is in our apartment within a few hours. He is professional, courteous, and can fix anything. He is always willing to help, even if I didn’t formally request it.
Christine in the office always greets us with a smile and is happy to help. The community is well maintained and always looks great! No complaints at all!???? -

The leasing agents and maintenance staff are kind, compassionate, responsive, and extremely accommodating. Each individual has worked with me graciously. The community is very lucky to have such a strong team. Christina and Kerry in leasing have shown flexibility and support, they've molded, changed, and readjusted many aspects of the move in process and worked in every way to quickly get me into an apartment of my liking. Nicholas and Michael of maintenance have, within minutes, addressed and fixed my every concern, they have been efficient, fast, and exceptional in every way. Thankful for the team!
