  My hot water heater went and I called AJ Perri and it was late but within a short time they had someone here. He assessed my problem and unfortunately because of the size of the hot water heater they did not have one on the truck . They did, however, come back the next morning and did the work neatly and efficiently. The technician was very knowledgeable and most courteous. I would highly recommend AJ Perri!

  We are pleased with our service. They were honest, and did a great job. Our technician Alex Lopez explained in detail all the things he did and what to except in the future. He was patient with answering questions and made sure to keep everything clean and tidy.

  Had these super timely, professional and courteous plumbers out to try to figure out where the heck our shower was leaking from. They took the time and did due diligence to rule out absolutely everything before assessing that the leak was not due to the plumbing. They did locate the source of the leak for me, too :) Very responsive and communicative. Reasonably priced. Go above and beyond. Highly trustworthy. Will definitely call again. Super highly recommend AJ Perri. Follow up: Had them replace my tub faucet and cartridge, since faucet and valves, and then my toilet and gasket. When changing the toilet gasket, they noticed a huge crack in the tank. They had a runner bring a new one over on the spot and replaced it. Nice upgrade! Always so neat, proficient, and professional. Love AJ Perri!!!

  I was recon mended by the best which is Home Depot. Customer service and Scheduling department was very kind and courteous. Call backs were made to follow up with repairs without me calling them. So far experience has been on point. Chris our plumber came to my house yesterday and I give him all stars for his politeness kindness and his precise analysis on what we needed. He provided us forms with an estimate for repairs and an Invoice for work that will be done. He also explained clearly and patiently with me. Thumbs up for AJ Perri.

  I have used AJ Perri before and as usual the service was excellent! The job was completed in a reasonable time frame. It was neat, no cleanup when the tech left. Brent did an excellent job. He offered 4 options, explained everything thoroughly. He made the necessary repairs and left everything neat!
