SwimQuest + Fit lessons are the highest level of expertise you could offer to your children. I personally have been swimming with the home team, NJRC, and the coaches there are amazing! They will ensure to teach every stroke with precise detail. They understand how to instruct all age leveled and different skilled swimmers and will make sure you child leaves with a smile on their face! Swimming is a life skill that ALL kids should learn, it could save their lives in a dangerous situation but it is also a great form of exercise! The equipment in the pool and gym are amazing and for the mostly new!
