(September 26, 2022, 12:11 pm)Emily’s class was wonderful. It was restorative, but also gently activated my entire body as well the muscle groups I wanted to concentrate on: shoulders, back and hips. The music at the end released some muscle tightness even more. The space is beautiful and calming. I can’t wait to take another class.

(July 13, 2022, 9:43 pm)An amazing full moon ceremony tonight. As a newbie to yoga, I was nervous with how I'd feel experiencing new things and trying something I've never done. Our instructor Emily was amazing - she made me feel comfortable from the second I walked in. I can't wait to go back.

(May 28, 2022, 12:32 pm)Today was my first class here. I felt welcomed and the teacher gave me modifications specific to my issues. Even though I was a little behind everyone, I never felt like I was being judged or looked down on. Everyone there is very nice and the setting was very calming. I will keep coming back to this class, which was challenging for me, but I loved every minute of it.

If you are looking for a studio that feels like a family environment. Sun Moon Yoga and Healing is the place to go. The way the sun shines into the studio is so peaceful. I had an excellent time here.
