  I have known the owners of Summer Hill for over 10 years. I have sent my 6 year old son to their camp for 3 years now and its the ONLY camp I trust with my child!!!! The owners treat my child like their own. Can you imagine that in this day an age!!!???!! The professionalism that they run their camp with is unmeasurable. The love they have for their students is shown everyday! I would recommend this camp/school to anyone who wants their children to be in a loving environment, that takes their safety as top priority and that continues to grow and advance so that every child gets the most out of everyday they are there. Definitely come look at this School/Camp!!!!! You won't be disappointed, I promise you!!!

  Our daughter has attended Summer Hill school for both preschool and pre-K. She’s also gone to the camp for the last three summers and will continue.
  I am completely delighted with education and socialization that she received. Going into Kindergarten now, she already knows 95% of what she’s expected to know at the end of Kindergarten. She made wonderful friendships with the other students and really looked forward to every day. In a small school like this, the staff makes or breaks it. This staff is unbelievable- they care so much for the kids and, in addition to being great teachers, truly show them kindness and love. There’s good staff longevity too. There are plenty of opportunities for parents to be involved also- Friendship Feasts, carnivals, sing-a-longs, wet & messy day. It’s all so much fun.
  The drop-off and pick-up is seamless. They have a circular driveway and lots of people standing by to get your kids in and out of the car seats and inside safely. There no typical ‘goodbye drama’ and the line moves super quickly.
  The facility itself is clean, organized and adorable. Who doesn’t want their kid attending a little red schoolhouse? It’s on a huge, beautiful piece of land with all kinds of fun activities, a nice lawn and meticulously maintained grounds. The kids get plenty of opportunities to play and move in the fresh air with playground time and nature walks. The playground equipment and buildings are modern and maintained. They’re always updating and adding new features (like the game room added this summer). It seems like there are people constantly cleaning too. We have never had any issues with illnesses so frequently spread among preschoolers, lice or bug bites of any kind. I appreciate how thoroughly they clean and encourage frequent hand washing. They also don’t tolerate sick kids in school and send notices home to watch for signs of any potential illness. They take every precaution.
  The biggest indication for me that it’s a great place is my daughter’s unwillingness to leave at the end of the day. She begged to be in Aftercare!! Please don’t hesitate to check out Summer Hill for school or camp. I can’t recommend it highly enough.

  Summer Hill is the BEST camp and preschool around!!!! My son is 4 and he attends camp in the summer. He absolutely loves it!! I know when I drop him off that he is going to have the best day! He will also be attending school there. His teachers are all wonderful and I love how welcoming they all are. I know my son is in good hands when I drop him off whether its for camp or school. I highly recommend Summer Hill!

  Thank you to all the staff that made this summer a great learning experience for our daughter. After attending camp now for 4 years we receive feedback the first week of camp to see how well our daughter has developed over the academic year. The owners assist at the end of the summer to develop learning plans for the next school year based on their solid knowledge of student learning.

  I am the father of 6 children, all of whom have either worked and/or attended Summer Hill. My younger boys attend before and after care and Summer Camp. One son attended kindergarten as well. My 3 older children work at the camp in the summer. Lauren and Patrick and the staff at this school are the most caring family. The opportunities the kids have during the summer to attend outings and the fun activities are awesome. They can't wait to get up and go everyday. Marie is like a second mother to my children. We have been attending Summer Hill for 5 years and I recommend this school all the time to people I meet.
