  One of the smartest things I’ve done was signing up for a contract with NJRHOME SERVICES. Have recommended friends to do so as well. They arrive in a timely manner and have been able to get me up and running again in no time.

  Brian was very nice and introduced himself as soon as I answered the door. Very pleasant to talk with through out the time he was here doing the annual maintenance on my heater. I give him an A++
  
  Since I was not asked a few months ago to do a review when the tech came to repair my hot water heater, I will do it now...he was so rude, never gave his name...never say much. When he was done, I asked him what had went wrong with a 2 year old water heater and because my dogs were barking at him ( they were all crated the entire time he was here) he said “I have had enough of this” and walked out...so I never got to find out what he actually did and what was wrong.
  
  I will say this, today when Brian was here, all four dogs were crated. Brian said hello to them and went on to do his work. They were very well behaved....they always say dogs can sense something in people, and it makes we wonder why they continued barking at that other tech.
  
  Please, never send that tech back here that did my water heater repair a few months ago!

  The service tech Franklin that was at my house today was phenomenal. He took his time to listen to the issue I was having with my furnace and took his time fixing what needed to be fixed. After everything was done, he explained what work he did and left work area neat. NJR Home Services is lucky to have a great employee representing their company. Thankfully for my service contract with NJR Home Services, the work done was covered!

  re: service call to Wall Township, NJ residence... “Andrew” was a standout technician today! He was timely and overall a nice friendly guy. He intelligently explained scope of troubleshooting our heating issue and efficiently remedied the problem. We wholeheartedly recommend ANDREW to anyone who appreciates customer service at its best!

  Rich (working for NJR) did a phenomenal job. He was polite, helpful, insightful, and all-in-all - a Class Act. He truly did a wonderful job and was informative every step of the way. My family and I would like to thank you for your hard work. Rich is an AMAZING technician and an even better person. NJR has a GREAT worker on their hands. NJR and Rich come highly recommended.
