We wanted several things done but were unsure about which to do first. Roman broke down the work into three proposals which made it easier for us to decide, based on our budget and needs. He also helped identify some safety issues with the current wiring and load panel, which we had him correct. His crew are all very professional and highly skilled. They did an amazing job installing recessed LED ceiling lights as well as extra outlets, dimmers, the circuit breaker panel, and even helped troubleshoot an issue we had with our rec room wiring. “Responding to my request for Generac service, ARC came the Sunday I called- it was an emergency. The generator wouldn't quit after the street transformer had been reset. Ron Stark got to the source of the problem on the far side of the house. Our house meter was revealed to be a corroded and compromised relic of the last century jamming up power from the grid. The power had been spooky but now it's fixed. ARC communicated with the power company and the township - we picked up the permit. Work by Liam Stark is commendable. Thanks for saving our house. Don came to the house checked it out and despite what would have been easy to ring up a charge for a new motor/thermostat let me know it was fine just needed to be lubricated. He installed a new outlet for me, changed some wiring and installed a floodlight in my backyard. He was courteous, fast, friendly and easy to deal with and prompt.
